GARDEN COTTAGE is a delightful self-contained brick and flint converted beamed barn adjoining the owner’s house.
It is set in large and private gardens, which visitors have exclusive use of.
The one-bedroomed accommodation comprises:
- Entrance hall
- Open-plan living room/kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric fan oven, gas hob, under-counter fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, twin settees, freeview TV/DVD player
- Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Adjacent bathroom, with bath and electric shower over
- Washing machine and additional small freezer in a separate laundry area in the cottage garden
Also provided:
- Free WiFi
- Bed linen and towels
- Garden table, chairs and BBQ
- Off-road parking
- Electric heating
- Oil-fired central heating (winter visitors)
- Lockable shed for bike storage

Relaxing Week In ‘Garden Cottage’

We have just returned from a relaxing week in ‘Garden Cottage’. From Val’s warm welcome to the unusually warm April weather we were able to have a great holiday. Centrally placed in peaceful countryside we were easily able to visit the Broads and the North and East coasts along quiet roads and lanes. We would return to sit in the delightful garden with clumps of daffodils round apple trees and swathes of primroses. Our dog loved lying in the sun. We know where to come if we need to unwind and recharge our batteries. We will recommend this cottage to friends and hope to return. Sonia, Derek and Millie dog

A Warm Welcoming Home From Home

Nestled in the countryside but only a 15 min drive from a main shopping area Val was the perfect Hostess always on hand if needed. The cottage had all that you would need in a well maintained lovely spacious cosy setting the garden was spacious with enough room for the dog to run around in. the wild life was lovely to see and hear from Woodpeckers, Rabbits and Owls. Garden Cottage was cosy and warm with all the facilities needed for a home from home feel. It is situated in beautiful countryside with easy access to city, towns, villages and the coast. Each day we returned from our explorations and relaxed in Garden Cottage with a glass of wine and the peace of the countryside all around us. This was all made even more satisfying by the care given by Val, a really lovely lady, who while not at all intrusive, was concerned for our comfort and enjoyment (particularly as she was unable to control the weather for our stay). Thank you Val for the use of your lovely cottage and your company and chats. We enjoyed sharing your little piece of heaven for our holiday week. Di & Mick Gallagher

Val looks after us well, Annie (our dog) loves it she is made so welcome by Val and her Dogs, would love to live there. Thanks again Val, see you next August.
